TRC's client is a global leader in agricultural equipment manufacturing looking for a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join their team in the Wendell, NC area. WHAT WE OFFER: -Up to $20 p/h based on experience -Monday through Friday, 8a-5p schedule -Overtime opportunities -Weekly pay -ACA compliant benefits package -Opportunities for growth within the company -Longevity and Holiday pay based on hours worked WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO: -Operate large forklifts with extreme care in order to move heavy equipment throughout the facility -Unload and receive large incoming shipments; verify items and inspect shipments for issues, defects, or damage -Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor -Maintain accurate inventory records, trucking manifests, and bills of lading to track fulfillment of customer / vendor orders -Identify appropriate equipment to pull for orders; inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse / facility to ensure timely and complete delivery -Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following prescribed safety regulations WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: -High School Diploma or equivalent -2+ years of heavy-duty forklift experience required -2+ years of warehouse distribution experience -Must be fluent in written and verbal English -Valid driver's license required -Strong teamwork, multitasking, and organizational skills -Must be familiar with common material handling equipment
