Job Summary

As a Wholesale Account Executive at Maven, you'll have the unique opportunity to drive growth in a booming industry, backed by a market-leading brand. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with wholesale clients to maximize sales and retention.
  • New Business Development: Identify and onboard new wholesale accounts domestically and internationally, growing Maven's footprint in untapped markets.
  • Sales Leadership: Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities to achieve the best possible outcomes for both Maven and its clients.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the go-to expert for wholesale clients, ensuring they receive superior service, support, and solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze sales data, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Product Education: Deliver engaging product training sessions to wholesale clients, ensuring they understand the unique features and benefits of our torch lighters.
  • Logistics Coordination: Partner with the logistics team to guarantee smooth and timely order fulfillment, delighting clients with reliability and precision.
  • Revenue Responsibility: Monitor and manage wholesale accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Innovation Partner: Stay informed about industry developments and regulations to provide proactive guidance to clients and contribute to Maven's growth strategy.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in wholesale or B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing new accounts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools is required.

Skills:

  • High-performing and goal-oriented, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
