This is an exciting opportunity with a luxury activewear brand. They are looking for an experienced wholesale operations manager to join the team and provide operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of all order fulfilment and delivery.
- Manage warehouse priorities and priotize majors
- Understanding routing guides, VAS, shipping guides and assisting warehouses
- Management of customer order details, payment, invoicing.
- Resolve shipment delays/issues with the fulfilment centre.
- Work with 3PL to manage services such as packaging, warehousing, fulfilment and distribution, and shipping processes..
- Lead Wholesale meetings for distribution
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Wholesale Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, shipping, and a warehouse knowledge background with responsibility for data entry, order tracking, problem-solving, and customer interface.
- Netsuite experience is essential.
- ?Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change in a dynamic retail environment.
- ?Self-motivated with the capability to work independently without significant supervision
- Strong project planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Initiative to escalate issues appropriately and handle decisions in a responsible way.
