Job DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for supervising Relationship Associates to effectively achieve goals and deliver the Concierge Client Experience while maintaining operational and compliance standards of complex Wholesale Relationships. EnsuresRelationship Associates are achieving performance management goals through timely issue resolution, ownership and follow up, while reinforcing the Wholesale Relationship end state model through a deal team approach. Validates and uses reporting to ensure processes and procedures are followed.Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervises a team of Wholesale Relationship Associates responsible for providing positive client experiences through consultative conversations and partner engagement. Validates expectation are met for consultative and proactive client contact. Leads the team through the alignment of current bank initiatives, strategies and communicates changes. May participate in Wholesale Relationship Associate activities as needed
  • Serves as an escalation point for addressing and resolving the most difficult and complex issues. Communicates key information to the team regarding changes to policies, procedures, products and services. Provides coaching and training to team members regarding the introduction or referral of products and services to customers. Engages with bankers and other partners to effectively collaborate and leverage the Relationship Associate to deliver holistic banking relationships with clients.
  • Team resource regarding applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, policies and procedures. Ensures adherence to regulatory compliance requirements in all aspects of client account servicing. Provides operational support to designated Wholesale business segments including evaluation of reporting for risks and opportunities, regulatory and compliance requirements, business continuity plans, and overall operational performance.
  • Ensure Relationship Specialist team adherence to all operational policies and procedures. Participate in Business Continuity Plan. May participate in operational audits. Monitoring and distribution of critical business reporting to manage data and risk. Management of timely exceptions clearing process related to the Relationship Associate's role. Management of operational projects and assignments. Escalates needs or issues within Wholesale processes.
  • Manages the annual performance management and merit processes for direct and indirect reports. Coaches and develops team members and builds a work environment where team members are engaged and feel a positive sense of achievement about their role in the company. Works closely with Human Resources regarding employee relations, compensation, training, posting and filling vacant positions and other Human Resources related matters.
  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience:
  • Five (5) years of experience in banking including client service, project management and operations with experience in a development program, leadership or supervisory role.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to facilitate information.
  • Demonstrated customer centric mindset.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to review data in detail and draw relevant conclusions.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable operational functions, systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to confidently facilitate team discussions and communicate business messages.
  • Strong listening skills and a positive communicator.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software products.
