Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary The Wholesale Retail Coordinator/Visual Merchandiser will work collaboratively and effectively with wholesale accounts to perform key tasks to support growth and profitability in all stores. This role will assist in development and successful implementation of special projects and ensure stores standards are maintained to align with L'Agence expectations.

Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Merchandise collection deliveries to create a cohesive and compelling visual display
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the store visual, sales and management teams
  • Assist in maintaining departments on a regular basis
  • Work with backstock leaders to make sure product is steamed, tagged and out on the floor with perfect size runs
  • Plan and execute store product knowledge meetings
  • Support wholesale teams with constant free flowing sales and merchandise feedback
  • Compile weekly recaps on store visits
  • Assist with multiple ad-hoc projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of visual merchandising experience in advanced contemporary wholesale preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Proficient in excel and power point
  • Communicates effectively and professionally
  • Self-starter, team oriented and creative thinker
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver's License
  • This role is bases out of New York City and candidate must be willing to travel to other states in the TRI state area

Physical Requirements:

  • This position is an office position that requires frequent use of a computer, mouse and keyboard.
  • Frequent standing, walking.
  • Occasional sitting, bending, stooping.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
