Reporting to the Wholesale Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tasks and general wholesale activities within the warehouse fulfillment operations (Pick/Pack). Your responsibilities will include creating labels, managing Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), organizing workflows, and collaborating on overall warehouse efficiency. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:Generate and oversee the accurate creation of product labels, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company specificationsAssist in the preparation and submission of Advanced Shipping Notices, ensuring timely and precise communication of shipment details to relevant stakeholdersCollaborate closely with the Wholesale Supervisor to execute EDI processes efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and maintain smooth electronic communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teamsKeep organized records of EDI transactions, labels, and other pertinent documentation to facilitate seamless warehouse fulfillment operations and auditsWork closely with the Wholesale Supervisor and cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated and efficient wholesale fulfillment processOversee wholesale warehouse associated, and when necessary, temporary staff on multiple projectsWHAT WE WANT TO SEE:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferredProven experience in a warehouse or logistics roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environmentBilingual: Fluent English and Spanish (speaking & written) mandatory
