WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Wholesale Team Lead (Warehouse Fulfillment) to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Wholesale Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tasks and general wholesale activities within the warehouse fulfillment operations (Pick/Pack). Your responsibilities will include creating labels, managing Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), organizing workflows, and collaborating on overall warehouse efficiency. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Generate and oversee the accurate creation of product labels, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company specifications
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Advanced Shipping Notices, ensuring timely and precise communication of shipment details to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Wholesale Supervisor to execute EDI processes efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and maintain smooth electronic communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Keep organized records of EDI transactions, labels, and other pertinent documentation to facilitate seamless warehouse fulfillment operations and audits
- Work closely with the Wholesale Supervisor and cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated and efficient wholesale fulfillment process
- Oversee wholesale warehouse associated, and when necessary, temporary staff on multiple projects
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish (speaking & written) mandatory
