WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Wholesale Team Lead (Warehouse Fulfillment) to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Wholesale Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tasks and general wholesale activities within the warehouse fulfillment operations (Pick/Pack). Your responsibilities will include creating labels, managing Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), organizing workflows, and collaborating on overall warehouse efficiency. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
  • Generate and oversee the accurate creation of product labels, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company specifications
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of Advanced Shipping Notices, ensuring timely and precise communication of shipment details to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the Wholesale Supervisor to execute EDI processes efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and maintain smooth electronic communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Keep organized records of EDI transactions, labels, and other pertinent documentation to facilitate seamless warehouse fulfillment operations and audits
  • Work closely with the Wholesale Supervisor and cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated and efficient wholesale fulfillment process
  • Oversee wholesale warehouse associated, and when necessary, temporary staff on multiple projects
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish (speaking & written) mandatory
