Job Description:ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES•Treat patients with movement dysfunction or pain to improve their ability to perform daily tasks, decrease risk of adverse events (falls, DVT etc.), improve involvement in work tasks, assist in recovery from surgery and improve patient outcomes.•Document all that occurs as it relates to patient care, including evaluations, progress notes, discharges, daily notes, insurance approvals/denials, and phone conversations.•Communication: Phone calls between PT and other providers, insurance companies, patients, other rehab staff and supervisor.•Cleaning: helping to clean the treatment rooms, assist with laundry, cleaning the bathroom etc.•Perform other duties as requested.Position Urgency:NormalShifts:5 - 8 hours shifts with possible weekendsState License Details:Must Be Currently ActiveMinimum Years of Experience:Less than 1 yearMinimum Guaranteed Hours:36Specialty Type:Rehabilitation TherapySub Specialty:Physical TherapistBilingual:NoEMR Used:MeditechHoliday Coverage Required:No
