A healthcare client of Insight Global is looking for a Willow Ambulatory Analyst to join their team. This team supports the organizations retail pharmacy and partners by helping solve new rollouts and go lives. This person will be tasked with on average 60 configuration objectives to help out the operations team understand the correct process of the retail pharmacy. For example, they will need be communicating retail billing, point of sale, and patient documentation with the inventory or clinical teams. The team uses Willow as their pharmacy information system integrated with Epic.
