- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating and maintaining winding machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain winding machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed
