Most notably, many of our production processes qualify as zero carbon footprint activities and the Aiken site has reduced its carbon footprint by 88% since 2002.The JobOperates standard forming winding compliment to produce continuous product while auditing & notifying appropriate personnel of any quality & or equipment problems.Why join our team?* We are a fast moving, dynamic team that collaborates with each other in order to achieve success* Work with an amazing team* We are reshaping the industry and the way it thinks about glass fiber products for aerospace, thermoplastics, defense, electronics, and recreational uses* $1,200 Annual Wellness Program and competitive medical, dental and vision benefitsDo these responsibilities describe what you do best?* Perform proper scanning procedure(s) while operating winding machine compliment.* Inspects doff tubes and handles any occurrences (including but not limited to, breaks, call-downs, package build, etc.).* Audits and notifies appropriate personnel of any quality and / or equipment problems, writes and follows up* Operates computer utilizes various software programs to accomplish goals (including but not limited to process audits, maintenance requests, MES, etc.).* Procures packing material from designated surge area. Visually inspects and ensures proper weight and packs (including but not limited to shippable forming packages, wet chop, etc.)You are a good fit if…You are/have:* High School Diploma or GED.* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.* Experience in a manufacturing environment at least 1 year is a plus.* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.* Ability to stand for 12 hours a day.* Learn quickly under fast paced production environment.* Ability to work swing shift.* Must be able to pass Work Keys.* Great communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.* Ready to be a part of a successful team.* Eager to build a career in an industrial manufacturing business.Process:* Application review* Interview via Voice/Video Call* On-site interview* Offer negotiations* Total expected time to hire: a few days to a few weeks
