About the Role: Outside Salesperson - Windows and Doors American Cedar & Millwork, Inc. is seeking an energetic, self-motivated outside salesperson with experience in Windows and Doors to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Prospect and service both new and recurring clients, leveraging leads generated by our robust marketing efforts.
  • Field Expertise: Conduct field measurements, present products, estimate cost-effective solutions, and close deals.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Key Duties:
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and reach out to both prospective and established customers.
  • Develop compelling sales and marketing proposals.
  • Perform estimates and input orders accurately.
  • Provide exceptional service through phone and email correspondence.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience, particularly with specialty building materials, millwork, or windows and doors.
  • Strong sales acumen and presentation skills.
  • General knowledge of building material applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior customer relations abilities.
  • Basic math and measurement proficiency.
Requirements:
  • Must pass an initial drug screen and criminal background check. Valid driver's license.
