A window screen fabricator at a Phoenix Arizona window screen and screen door manufacturing company. The job consists of using hand tools to stretch screen fabric by rolling rubber spline into an aluminum frame, creating a window screen or door

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in USA
• Experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right individual

Essential Skills:

• Must be proficient using hand tools
• Ability to read tape measure in fractions
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Team player and professional attitude an ABSOLUTE MUST
• Read, write and communicate in English is preferred
• Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to pass a drug screen test and background check

· Must be in good physical condition, able to stand 8+ hours per day while using arm strength. Job is heavy on repetition and one must maintain quality control

Job Functions:

· Interpret screen order, type, size and color of fabric, frame and spline

· Setting up table jig to manufacture screen or door

· Follow work flow instructions

· Keep screen area organized and clean

· Replenish products needed fabrication

· Assist in receiving and stocking materials

· Complete daily log and obey all safety policies and procedures

Work Location:

Greater Phoenix area

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour plus piece work ($.25 per piece) and possible overtime during peak season
