Engineering and Provisioning
- Design, build, and configure IT systems.
- Develop and maintain system standards and procedures.
- Identify and implement efficient IT solutions.
Operations and Support
- Monitor and maintain system health and security.
- Manage system backups and recovery.
- Provide technical support to users.
Maintenance
- Update and upgrade system software and hardware.
- Optimize system performance.
- Manage IT equipment and infrastructure.

- Work with a broad spectrum of users, solving problems of varied complexity under various stress levels while maintaining composure and high-level customer support.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's (4-year) degree, with a technical major in engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience.
- SQL, Exchange server, and Microsoft 365 experience required.
- Understanding VMWare, Windows Server OS, and Linux is necessary.
- The position deals with various problems and requires troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion in decision-making. Decisions typically have a noticeable effect departmentally and/or enterprise-wide; judgment errors can cause significant downtime, revenue loss, and patient care interruptions. Confidentiality: the ability to maintain HIPAA privacy standards at all times is required.
- Must be able to interpret and/or discuss technical information with others, including terminology or concepts unfamiliar to many people.
- Must be able to provide advice and recommendations involving complex issues regularly. Has the latitude to resolve problems within established practices.
- Good customer service skills are essential.
