What Youll Do:
- Packaging and Bottle Expert: Become a trusted advisor for clients seeking the perfect wine bottles and packaging solutions. Whether it is a classic bottle or a custom branded box, you will guide clients in selecting bottles and packaging that best reflect their brand and product quality.
- Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wineries, beverage companies, and other clients, helping them find the ideal packaging for their products. Your goal is to provide solutions that not only meet their needs, but exceed expectations
- Drive Sales Growth: Actively seek new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Your expertise in bottles and packaging will help clients see the added value of the products and services we supply.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current on the latest trends in wine bottles and packaging, such as innovations in glass production, eco-friendly options, and unique design possibilities. Use this knowledge to offer cutting-edge solutions that keep our clients ahead of the competition.
- Engage at Industry Events: Represent Pioneer Packaging at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, where youll showcase our locally manufactured bottles and packaging and highlight our industry leading service.
Who You Are:
- Wine Bottle Enthusiast: You have a keen interest in wine bottles and packaging, understanding how the right bottle can make a lasting impression and drive consumer choices.
- Sales Professional: You have a strong background in sales, preferably within the packaging, wine, or beverage industries, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Creative Solution Provider: You do not just sell products; you offer creative packaging solutions that align with your clients branding and operational goals.
- Relationship-Oriented: Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships sets you apart, making you a trusted partner for your clients packaging needs.
- Attention to Detail: In the world of packaging, the details make all the difference. You ensure every client interaction is thorough, and every order is fulfilled to the highest standard.

Pay and Benefit Details
- Rewarding Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission structure (average monthly commissions will be discussed during interview)
