Carter Hospitality Group is seeking a Wine Club Admin Assistant. This position will be supporting South Coast Winery Resort & Club, Carter Estate Winery & Resort and Carter Creek Winery & Resort. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an a strong administrative assistant, will be able to multitask, and meet deadlines. Some other essential duties include:
- Assists in the developing and production of wine club mailings and newsletters.
- Answers phone calls in a courteous manner
- Assist with wine shipping to members
- Assists with membership retention efforts.
- Manages and maintains wine club database.
- Assists with tasting room/hospitality responsibilities as needed including but not limited to greeting visitors and pouring wines for tastings.
- Provides general tourist information, conducts tours and handles routine purchasing transactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
