San Antonio Winery is looking for part time Winery Courtesy Clerk's to support with the Wine Shop. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about customers and enjoys a fast paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

- Courtesy Clerk will offer to help customers with loading bags into their car
- Perform basic shelf conditioning, stocking, and cleaning
- Inform customers of current specials
- Return merchandise to store shelves
- Clean spills, collect and pick up trash inside the store and parking lot
- Clean all areas inside and outside of store
- Understand the store's layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers
- Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identifying unsafe conditions, accidents, or issues and notify store management
- Adheres to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notifying appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair
- Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store
- Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, and company guidelines
- Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs.; be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift repetitively
- A friendly attitude and a strong work ethic
- Must be a Team Player, reliable, & dependable
- Must be able to stand for long period of time
- Must Maintain a positive attitude
- Must be 21 years or older
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
