Your responsibilities include: Operating front end loaders and skid steers to plow snow. Working flexibly around other commitments, taking on full-time, year-round roles if desired. Managing sites with your own equipment, contributing to the team's efficiency. What We're Looking For: Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Availability to work when it snows. A positive, team player attitude. Experience with snow plowing equipment is preferred but not required.
