Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) 1. Plow, shovel, sweep and snow blow snow from park properties, City facilities, and sidewalks. 2. Perform general janitorial and maintenance tasks of City facilities and parks. 3. Litter pick in parks, and along roads and sidewalks. 4. Clean, dust, sanitize, and in other manners maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in and around City facilities as assigned. 5. Maintain spaces and equipment in City facilities assigned in a safe, efficient, and attractive and welcome manner by performing basic custodial maintenance. 6. Perform related tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Age Requirement A. Must be age 18 or older. License Requirement A. Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota driver's license or equivalent.
