By providing accurate timing and exceptional guest service, this role supports an outstanding race experience. Shifts: You will have to be open for Weekday, Weeknight, WeekendsPay: starting at $12.00/hrEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Honor Commitments:
- Set up and take down the race course with precision and consistency, ensuring all equipment is in proper order.
- Keep accurate race times and records for each participant to maintain the integrity of race results.
- Follow through on all assigned responsibilities, assisting with race operations and related tasks as needed.
- Ensure the safety of self, co-workers, and guests by strictly adhering to company and department safety policies and procedures.
Create Positive Experiences:
- Facilitate a high-quality guest experience by engaging with participants, answering questions, and ensuring smooth race flow.
- Provide clear instructions on course navigation, race timing, and equipment to all participants, enhancing their race experience.
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude during all guest and team interactions.
- Report any safety concerns, hazards, or incidents to the immediate supervisor without delay.
- Operate all equipment safely to prevent injury and drive in accordance with the law and resort policies.
Foster Lifelong Learning:
- Actively participate in training sessions and safety meetings to stay informed about best practices and safety protocols.
- Engage with team members and management to continuously learn about race setup, timing, and guest service excellence.
- Share expertise and assist in educating participants on race procedures and safe practices.

- High School Diploma and 18 years of age
- Ability to operate computers, public announcement systems, 2-way radios, timing equipment.
- Passionate about winter sports, the outdoors or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, including effective planning and scheduling.
- Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed by season and by need of the business.
