Overview

The ideal candidate is an experienced, high-energy and outgoing individual who will proactively provide constant support, guidance, and exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

* Greet and check-in guests with superior service adhering to The William Vale hospitality standards.

* Assist guests with all requests.

* Process payment with efficiency and accuracy.

* Daily set up and breakdown of Winter Spa.

* Ensure guests are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.

* Report all injuries in compliance with The William Vale's established protocols.

* Promptly answer emails and phone calls to assist guests. Extend assistance to resolve guest issues and communicate to relevant parties.

* Any other duties as assigned by management.

* Proactive approach to problem resolution, including: anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues as needed. Contribute to short term and long term problem solving.

* Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with others.

* Outstanding organizational and time management processes.

* Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions/situations.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 1-2 years of Guest Service/Host experience required.

* Hotel experience a plus.

* Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

* Able to withstand prolonged walking, standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.

* Able to work outdoors in cold temperatures (snow, wind, rain).

* Capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
