Wire Harness Design Engineer
: Job Details :

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop wiring harnesses for EVs and post-production products.
• Create and optimize HV cables for EVs and post-production products.
• Utilize the J1939 CAN protocol for communication and diagnostics.
• Perform network analysis and troubleshooting using Vector CANalyzer.
• Design and implement EV electrical architecture.
• Draft and design using NX software or similar tools.
• Apply Capital software or equivalent for electrical system design and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-production electrical system issues.
• Maintain and improve EV hardware components.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in wiring harness development and post-production product support.
• Strong knowledge of J1939 CAN protocol and hands-on experience with Vector CANalyzer.
• Expertise in EV electrical architecture design.
• Proficiency with NX and Capital software.
• Excellent skills in troubleshooting post-production issues.
• Comprehensive understanding of EV hardware components.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, including manufacturing teams, suppliers, and service departments.
• Preferred: Experience with heavy commercial vehicles.
