Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networksand platforms, delivering on customers' demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control. We are looking for a Wireless Real Estate Coordinator who will provide support for the business. Location: Remote Position: Wireless Real Estate Coordinator Pay: $35-41/hr. on W2 depending on years of experience Duration: 6 months or longer Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with client and meet with them to understand the needs of their business
- Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills to work with management.
- Aptitude to achieve the best possible outcomes, processes, and savings to reach business strategic goals and targets.
- Research utility accounts against internal databases. If not found, work with external contacts to have account transferred. Invoice for reimbursement. Log on tracker.
- Resolve missing bill or shut off emails. Correspond with multiple inhouse requests for payment status. Work with third party biller to bring accounts current and set up for payment.
- Forward emails for meter access, zero usage, and account closures.
Must Have Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Work independently
- Detail-oriented
Even better if you have:
- Experience with Smartsheets
- Experience with Utility/Energy industry
