Join our Field Services team and work with Sales Representatives to create wireless network solutions for TRG customers.Responsibilities

  • Generate labor and material calculations for wireless site surveys and low voltage wiring installations.
  • Create a Bill of Materials for each project.
  • Contribute to completion of Statements of Work that outline the work required.
  • Create post survey and installation reports for customers.
  • Regularly interact with end user clients in a professional manner in person, via telephone and email.
  • Assist sales team members with technical questions or issues.
  • May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events, specific projects, or program changes.
  • Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor.
  • Employee may be asked to visit customer sites to perform related tasks.
  • Employee may be sent for yearly training to keep current with today's technology.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 5+ years' experience troubleshooting, mobile computing hardware, and/or software experience.
  • Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to recognize situations/operations with potential for improvement and to identify, develop, present, and propose possible solutions.
  • Self-motivated - ability to work diligently for the success of TRG and the client's business interest without constant supervision.
  • Willingness to take on challenges and to continually adapt to new requirements through research, learning, and growth.
  • Adaptability and flexibility are required.
  • Boom/Scissor lift training preferred or willingness to be trained.
  • Ability to interact with people of all backgrounds with respect.
  • Ability to accept critical feedback with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to admit to mistakes.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to calmly handle pressure situations which involve restoration of critical operations.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
