Job Title: Wireless Network Technician L3 -4776Job Location: Scott Air Force Base IL 62225Job SummaryGalapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the level three Wireless Network Technician position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.As a level three Wireless Network Technician, your main function will be to provide technical support in the development and provisioning of wireless services. Technical support will primarily consist of wireless devices and wireless infrastructure across Government installations identified in Call Order.This support includes system administration, device configuration, technical, and troubleshooting activities supporting mobile wireless devices such as BlackBerry, iPhone, PCs, Secure Mobile Environment Portable Electronic Device, and required software.Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000Skills / Experience RequiredSecret Clearance8 years as a Wireless Network TechnicianMaintain database accounts, hardware (laptops, modems, servers), and software for Remote Access Security Program per NSA directivesSet up and configure laptops and software; troubleshoot laptop/server hardware and softwareMaintain mobile wireless services (devices, software, servers, user support, systems management)Coordinate with government installation areas for modem and FORTEZZA card issuance and programmingDeliver physical designs, configuration info, implementation plans, topology maps, architecture drawings, and trend reportsEducation / CertificationsMust possess and maintain an IAT I level certificationBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental leaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen.
