We're looking for Wireless Tower Alarm Technicians, based out of St Louis, MO, to join our team and help connect America.What you'll get...Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription PlansFlexible Spending AccountsShort and Long Term DisabilitySupplemental Life and AD&D401(k) Retirement Savings w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanCompany DiscountsLegal InsurancePaid Time Off and HolidaysWhat you'll do:Review Scope of Work, CD's, Structural, RFDS and Build of Materials prior to starting Construction for accuracyResponsible for climbing up to 500' to diagnose, repair and/or replace faulty equipmentComplete an inventory of material released to make sure you are receiving all materials needed for the job prior to leaving warehouseCoordinate with scoping/Construction CM on missing materialAssembly of required antenna and lines materialsUse tools and rigging hardware to perform normal tasks associated with installation of antenna and linesClimbing of towers to perform the installation of antenna and lines systemsFitting of connectors, attachment of coax to support system sealing and jointsMounting of antenna support systemsPerforms a variety of routine, non-machine tasks, setting of ice bridge post, placement of concrete, site cleanupOperation of winch or cat headAssisting crew leader with task required to meet the scope of workLifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools and suppliesCleans tools, equipment, material and work areas using water hose, wire brush, scrapers, brooms, rags and chemicalsRead and understand owner manualsMaintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policiesAbility to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in the accomplishments of Ansco's goalsWho we are looking for:At least 18 years oldAuthorized to work in the United States for this companyPreferred candidate will have 3+ years minimum experience within the Tower Construction industryPrior knowledge with wireless line and antenna equipment and networks preferred.Valid CDL LicenseAnritzu certification and PIMM certification, a plus.Must have an understanding of installation and testing of the latest technologies (LTE, CDMA, UMTS)Able to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policiesCan communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistanceAble to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call) and in all weather conditions$18-$22 per hour, depending on experienceAnsco & Associates, LLC provides a complete variety of construction and engineering services to the wireless and wireline industry.With over 1500 employees located across 60+ active work sites, Telecommunication businesses throughout the United States continue to choose Ansco & Associates, LLC for our broad knowledge, diverse workforce, and unparalleled scope of services offered.Throughout the years, Ansco has built its reputation as a telecommunication powerhouse by going above and beyond at any given moment by upholding a strong track record of performance, integrity, and above all, a commitment to our employees and customers.We are a company united in our vision of connecting America.
