Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IIB
  • At least 4+ years of experience in WMB, IIB
  • At least 4+ years of experience in software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
  • At least 4+ years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
  • At least 3 years of experience in design and architecture review
  • Requirement elicitation and gathering
  • Support QA and production implementation of releases
  • Conduct review of design, code, unit test results, and other deliverables
  • Execute implementation plan for production rollout
  • Creating requirement specifications and use case narratives
  • Communication with stakeholders regarding project schedule, progress, and open issues
  • Providing clarifications of the business requirements to the development and testing teams
  • Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Development team (e.g., Application and Component Design, Unit test plans)
  • Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Testing team (e.g., Testing Strategy, System and Regression test plan, System test scripts)
  • Experience in the Insurance domain
  • Experience in onsite/offshore communication
  • Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
  • Experience in working in a distributed agile model
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
