Support Critical Supply Chain and Warehouse management applications. That include BY and RedPrairie WMS solutionsSolutioning and development of functionality changesCustomer coordination to understand issues, requirementsStrong Analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong Communication skillsStrong expertise in WMS productGood understanding of middlewareUnderstanding of Supply chain aftermarket processesCoordinate and guide offshore teams on both development and Support requirements.Understanding of Agile process.Experience Required:
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on support and developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.Mentoring the junior team members and getting the work assigned and delivered by them.A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
