Wolfe Management is looking for a confident, motivated, and detail-oriented coordinator with a positive attitude and strong administrative skills. We are seeking someone who enjoys a fast-paced, growing environment, where they can develop a strong understanding of finance and corporate practices. The successful candidate will have the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute on simultaneous tasks and projects. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. They will work directly with several Executive Committee members with an emphasis on heavy calendar management, booking travel, planning firm events inside and outside of the office, expense reporting and handling personal matters. This role includes challenging tasks and project ownership that will allow you to showcase problem-solving skills and creativity. - Coordinate scheduling with the firm's Executive and Operating Committee members, various teams, and employees across departments, as well as externally with clients, vendors, and other firm partners
- Managing several phone lines including call screening, forwarding, and conferencing
- Personal and business travel arrangements
- Work on ad-hoc projects in collaboration with the Research Management Team
- Submit and track expense reports for multiple executives
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Prioritize conflicting needs and ensure follow-through on all projects, deadlines, and communication
- Ability to be in the New York office 5 days a week
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with a strong GPA, preferably Business and/or Finance
- Daily work within Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel (strong), Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail skills with strong commitment to accuracy
- Proactively handle regular activities and follow-up without prompting
- Exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Desire to build a career and not just find a job

The compensation for this role is market competitive with a base salary range of 75,000-95,000. We intend to offer the selected candidate a base salary within this range, based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill set, job-related experience, and location.
