We are looking for a driven recent graduate interested in pursuing a role as an Emerging On-Air Talent to join our team. The Emerging Talent role will partner with multiple departments, including Production, Original Content, and Social to drive content engagement across platforms of NESN's sports broadcasts. - Host, anchor and report for all aspects of both linear TV and digital video assignments, including all video podcasts, social assignments, remote games and original programs and special events as assigned. Cover New England sports landscape, including high-level sporting events
- Serve as MC or lead moderator for high-profile NESN and team events
- Work closely with the NESN content planning team to brainstorm, develop and execute video content packages that fulfill various initiatives (news, sales, marketing, etc.)
- Ensure NESN digital video content has a consistent and appropriate look and feel and editorial voice.
- Contribute to NESN's social media initiatives, including engaging with NESN's on air personalities and pro team talent
- Assist in news coverage for multi-platform video production, as needed

- Applicant must submit reel or portfolio demonstrating experience
- 0-3 years of hosting/reporting experience from a previous position, coursework, or organization.
- BA or BS, preferably in journalism or communications
- Strong experience using various social media platforms and understanding analytics (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube)
- Proficiency with non-linear editing via Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Aftereffects, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Enthusiasm for learning and commitment to career development
- Must have strong communication, organizational and project management skills
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently but also within a team environment
- Ability to work afternoon-evening hours and weekends/holidays as needed
