Tribe is transforming cities into villages through curated, intimate community building experiences that help people meet like-minded peers. We're looking for a part-time community manager and event organizer in Austin, TX who is passionate about designing meaningful experiences to bring people together. This person will help us launch the Austin Women's Social Club by Tribe by hosting intimate weeknight events 1-2x per week and help people make friends for a living!
The role is ideal for community builders, event organizers, and experience designers/facilitators based in Austin who would be interested in a part-time paid contractor role to organize weekly experiences for guests.
The ideal candidate is a high EQ, energetic, detail oriented, event planner who embodies our core values of authenticity, vulnerability and play, and has experience creating meaningful, intimate experiences to help people connect, especially with women's events.
