We are seeking a Women's Health Program Analyst to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. This position is remote eligible.

TASKS/SERVICES:
- Work with staff on existing projects and/or the development, initiation and execution of new project initiatives.
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of the organization.
- Identify and develop tractable metrics for data collection surrounding portfolio analysis.
- Conduct data collection, analysis and tracking of action items.
- Develop the business case outlining the specific problem or need to be addressed by the project, along with the rationale for project initiation.
- Create comprehensive project plans that articulate the vision, background, scope, boundaries, deliverables, and requirements of the project.
- Provide analytical reports detailing product acceptance criteria upon request.
- Analyzes existing scientific programs and makes recommendations for improvement/Conduct an array of scientific projects and produce associated deliverables.
- Conduct thorough analyses to produce written justifications for projects.
- Prepare summary documents that encapsulate key aspects of the project when requested.
- Develop detailed project schedules that outline the time required for implementation, including activity durations and milestones.
- Create a communications management plan to establish and manage effective communication between women's health research office and its stakeholders throughout the project.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess whether the project has achieved its goals and objectives, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Generate lessons learned reports to document successful practices and experiences from the project as requested.
- Solicit input from project team members and provides feedback and recommendations to women's health leadership regarding ongoing activities or issues
- Prepare presentation materials such as handouts, meeting materials, slide presentations, and background/supplemental documents, spreadsheets, charts and graphs for conferences, committee, meetings, workshops and group updates.
- Update senior management on project progress, including assisting with analysis to support data-driven decision making
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's Degree in Community and Public Health or related discipline
- Minimum 2-4 years women's health research experience, required
- Minimum 2 years of research portfolio analysis experience, required
