Job Description:
The Women's Ice Hockey Goalie Coach will assist the Head Coach in the overall management of the Goalie position at MCLA.
* The Goalie Coach will teach technical and tactical play, not limited to positioning, strategy and footwork.
* The Goalie Coach will assist with increasing speed, agility, communication and Hockey IQ.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma
* Demonstrated sport knowledge
* Two-Three years of playing and/or coaching experience preferably at the college level
* Valid driver's license
Preferred:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in physical education or related area; coaching certification
* Collegiate competitive playing experience
* One to three years of high school or college coaching as an assistant or head coach
Additional Information:
This is a part time position and the salary is $1,000 for the 2024-2025 season.
