National is looking for a Wood Yard Manager in Counce, TN to run our Wood Processing Facility. A master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing, processing, or railroad-related environment, with a proven track record in leadership.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee development.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced setting.Experience in financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.Knowledge of quality assurance practices and standards, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality control processes.Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to understand and address operational machinery issues when necessary.Physical Requirements: Stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, move throughout the day, use hands in repetitive motions, repeat same movements, walk on uneven terrain, and work comfortably in an outdoor environment exposed to all weather elements.National Salvage's Core Competencies:Demonstrates National Salvage valuesDriven for personal and company successDelivers exemplary customer service internally and externallyActs with integrity.
