On the job training is standard, however, prior experience with the stated requirements is a must. Compensation reflects the skill and experience level of the applicant.RequirementsWell qualified candidates will have the following:
- Ability to use a tape measure
- Ability to use fine measuring tools such as digital calipers
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and mill wood to a tolerance of .010
- Ability to use and experience using woodworking tools such as table saw, bandsaw, planer, jointer, thickness sander, router, etc...
