We are looking for a skilled Woodworker/Fabricator to join our client's team. If you are passionate about fabrication and have experience with woodworking, we encourage you to apply! Compensation and Schedule:
- Compensation: $19.00 per hour
- Work Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Work Flexibility: Full-time, on-site
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Role Overview: The Woodworker/Fabricator will:
- Read blueprints and fabricate a variety of items, including radius walls, teller lines, and nurse stations.
- Work with different materials such as particle board, solid surface, laminate, and veneer.
- Operate standard woodworking tools, including table saws, routers, and various hand tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all work.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a safe and organized work environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or wood finishing, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Skills/Qualifications: Proficiency with standard woodworking tools; excellent communication skills; strong work ethic.
- Personal Characteristics: Good attitude, team player, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work overtime as needed; a vocational degree in woodworking is helpful but not required.
