Woodworking Shop OperatorClosets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. The individual will work in the shop with the following responsibilities:Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools for the cutting, drilling and fabrication of custom wood products. Understanding company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniquesFollow quality and safety standardsMaintain shop equipment according to an established scheduleUnderstand daily cut listsAdditional tasks or projects as defined by the Production ForemanRequirementsExperience with woodworking equipment and hand tools a plus.Excellent problem solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTeam orientedQuality consciousService orientedHonest and reliablePreferred: Experience in the woodworking or cabinet making fields (32mm systems)BenefitsWe offer training designed to teach our General Laborers to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems
