Name General Services Administration ddress 2300 Main Street City Name Kansas City State Name MO-Missouri Zip Code 64108 If others (Address) Bill Rate Min: $ Max: $ Duration of the project Project Start Date 01-Nov-23 Project End Date 31-Oct-24 Due date for Resume submission 05-Sep-23 No. of Openings 1 No. of Maximum Submissions 2 Job Description Required duties Include but not Limited to: process approximately 1500 calls per month; answer calls to the GSA Payroll Services Branch (PSB) helpdesk call number during core business hours and respond to Tier I frequently asked questions; document and forward all Tier 2 and 3 level questions to the GSA PSB for further research and response; provide excellent customer support by assisting with inquiries; obtain documentation; update and maintain various databases; extract information; compile information; distribute information; routinely answer; respond to; or relay incoming phone calls; utilize MS Word and spreadsheet applications; independently complete assignments; identify and forward all non-PSB related calls to the appropriate office for support (e.g. Human Resources, system support, Office of Personnel Management, etc.); direct callers to appropriate self-help applications (e.g. Federal Thrift Investment Board, Employee Express, Internal Revenue Service, etc.); provide assistance to Federal employees as necessary to maneuver the self-help tools; provide weekly reports Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 requests to on-site project manager/supervisor to ensure requests are handled within standards.
