Job Title Work Control Manager's Student Assistant - Fall 2024 Department Facilities Operations and Services Job Description/Duties
Collect and enter photo and serial number data based on images and notes provided by student worker or maintenance technicians. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Days/Hours Needed
Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Hours may vary based on student availability)

Room 110 Service Group
Required Qualifications
* Work independently to provide administrative support by collecting and organizing data for the work order management system.
* Candidate must access boiler rooms and basements for photo and data collection.
* This position requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
* Must be a SUNY Cortland student.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task coordination.
Physical Demands
The candidate must be able to walk up and down several flights of stairs, use keys and sit at a computer for extended periods.
