What you'll do? - Understand the business need, user needs and establish the vision for future HRIS systems, which include integration with various HR sub systems.
- Analyze and design business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards to create clear and efficient process models
- Be the end-to-end HR system expert, understanding how information flows in and out of current business process and downstream to other systems.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes, including diagrams and models, to facilitate understanding and improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and propose effective process solutions
- Understand current technical landscape to provide guidance and expertise to improve efficiencies and processes through integrations; which could include integrations, Studio integrations, or complex reporting.
- Utilize BPM tools and software (e.g. iGrafx, Sparx, Alfresco Activity) to model and document processes
Requirements
- Experience as a HR Solution Architect or Integration Lead
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions & HRIS concepts.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation and best practices
- Technical system transformations using Workday as a system
- Excellent coordination skills to collaborate with offshore leads and developers.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements in HR systems.
