What youll do as a Workflow Coordinator
- Complete telecommunications construction cost estimates and bill of materials by reading and interpreting survey drawings and customer system designs.
- Communicate with our customer and Kanaan team members as needed to resolve discrepancies with system designs and survey drawing.
- Obtain cost estimates from company vendors for addition to cost estimates.
- Manage job tracking systems to meet customers deadlines.
- All other duties assignend by management.

What youll need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be willing to learn and understand design parameters as they relate to the customers fiber optic and coaxial systems.
- Must be willing to learn to read and understand customer system blueprints to identify customer specific equipment.
- Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Able to multitask and prioritize schedules as related to customer expectations.
- Able to communicate with customers in a positive, professional manner.
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.
- Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
- Must possess a valid drivers license of at least 2 years.
Physical abilities & exposures
- Able to sit for long periods throughout each day.
