Job Description:
Role: Work Force Management Associate UKG Pro Location: Saint Louis, MO Duration :: Fulltime Responsibilities Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with one or more UKG application modules doing functional configuration and/or technical development, including: •dvanced Scheduling Workforce Dimensions (WFD) module expertise related to building blocks associated with a complete end to end solution design. •Designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful UKG solutions, as it relates to reports, interfaces, and conversions design and development; •Identifying and addressing client needs. •Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement. •Communicating value propositions; •Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; •Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials; •Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; •Delivering clear requests for information; •Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and, •Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor. Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success as a team member in the following areas: •Understanding personal and team roles; •Contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; •Proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; and, •Providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff. WFC Knowledge: •Knowledge on creating organizational map and org sets •Understanding on retail business, sales data (POS), volume drivers and labor drivers. •Working knowledge on Forecaster setup - Forecast Map, Labor forecast limits, labor standards tasks and task groups, HOO and Special events. •Good knowledge on Forecasting Algorithms. •Generating schedules, creating and working on Auto Scheduler Option Sets. •Hands on with Schedule rule sets, Skills and certifications and analyzing the labor distribution process. •Interface knowledge for creating Employee Import and POS import interfaces •Knowledge on Schedule Planner genie, navigators, batch processing.
