Role Description
This is a full-time/ part-time, remote role for a salesperson at Symmetry Financial Group. The salesperson will be responsible for selling and promoting our life insurance products to potential clients while also maintaining relationships with existing clients. The salesperson will utilize their communication and interpersonal skills to provide tailored recommendations while working collaboratively with a team of salespeople and Sales Managers. All leads are processed through a system. NO COLD CALLING!!!
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is not necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
Effective time management and organization skills
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team setting
Self-motivated and a self-starter
