Daily Responsibilities:
  • Sales Philosophy: Embrace and apply the AIL Sales Philosophy while consistently hitting monthly sales goals.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert incoming prospects into long-term, multi-line clients.
  • Follow-Up: Maximize every opportunity by handling leads promptly and following up effectively.
  • Client Workflow: Keep track of client interactions and progress according to company standards.
  • Learning & Growth: Continuously learn the ins and outs of AILs insurance policies (no prior knowledge is required).
  • Team Player: Maintain a positive attitude, work well with team members, and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: Commission-based pay, bonuses, and residuals (earning potential increases with performance).
