You will be responsible for conducting research and facilitating the booking process for clients, covering various aspects including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and event ticket sales.**Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with clients to identify their preferences and needs.- Recommend suitable destinations, transportation modes, dates, estimated costs, and accommodation options.- Arrange and book transportation, lodging, insurance, and other relevant services.- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry updates.**Qualifications:- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.- Strong communication skills are essential, with a background in sales being a significant advantage.- Possession of a smartphone with internet access is mandatory. While having a laptop is recommended, it is not a strict requirement.- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
