Be a part of Swift Transportation.Job Responsibilities: What you will doProvide administrative support to work injury department and ensures data in leave of absence tracking system correctly reflects light duty status.Ensure employees return to company appropriately, in light duty (LD) or original employment duties, upon medical release from work injury leave.Arrange for employee placement during the transitional period and communicate all changes/updates to the parties involved.Monitor time worked for employees on light duty and ensure payroll is informed.Communicate no-call, no-show employees to previous leader and initiate separation due to permanent work restrictions.Maintain accurate reporting and historical logs regarding the status of each LD employee and update appropriate leadership as appropriate.Complete the necessary internal procedures to place employee in original employment position as appropriate.Conduct audits of closed cases/third party administration (TPA) filings and 90 day reviews.Ensure Error & Omission (E&O) payments are reimbursed to the correct account.Enter invoices into system and ensure spreadsheets are updated.Ensure the data related to LD employees is accurate and up-to-date in the the leave of absence tracking system.Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.Copy and paste URL into browser to view full description: Qualifications: What you need to bring1+ years experience in Workers' Compensation and/or Safety required.Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.Must have strong organizational and time management skills.Must possess solid understanding of legal and medical terminology.Must have good research and investigative skills.Must be able to problem solve.What we offer: Competitive starting salary commensurate with experience and geographic location.Potential bonus pay based on company performance.Opportunities to volunteer and give back to local communities.Comprehensive Benefits Package which includes:401(K)Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Supplemental and Life InsurancePaid Time OffEmployee Stock Purchase PlanThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
