Job Title: Work Management Scheduler

Location: Florence, SC/Hybrid

Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract initially

About Us:

The Transmission Work Management Scheduler plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing integrated, risk-based, budget-conscious schedules for Transmission Construction and Maintenance. This includes overseeing internal and contract resources such as apparatus, substation, civil, oversight, electrical, operations, relay, and line teams.

You'll collaborate across various transmission work groups and external organizations to prepare and execute transmission work activities effectively. In this role, you'll need to demonstrate strong leadership, coaching abilities, and the capacity to drive positive organizational performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making instincts, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and a solid work ethic. You'll be responsible for aligning construction and maintenance work plans with changing priorities and funding requirements, ensuring the successful execution of high-priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated schedules based on risk, budgets, and resources for transmission work groups.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external organizations to support transmission work activities.
• Align construction and maintenance plans with funding changes and organizational priorities.
• Support annual programs by implementing and adapting work plans to meet evolving requirements.
• Lead and influence teams to achieve performance objectives through coaching and collaboration.

Basic/Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, OR 10+ years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Maximo or Primavera scheduling software is a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Work four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday (4/10 schedule).
• Hybrid role: Three days in the office each week.
• Occasional travel may be required for onsite meetings at different office locations.
