- Prepare pallet type bottom for yarn buggy
- Turn doffing mode on at foot end of O/E machine to begin packing process.
- Remove yarn packages from spinning frame, one at a time and place on pallet bottom. Continue placing yarn packages on pallet bottom until specified amount of yarn packages have been placed on the pallet.
- Use extreme caution while placing yarn packages on pallet and be sure not to bump, scrape or drop yarn packages which may result in broken ends.
- While placing yarn packages on pallet ALWAYS inspect packages for any bad yarn. Report excessive bad winding, missing tails etc. to shift manager immediately. Place bad yarn on a separate designated pallet.
- When a full pallet of product has been prepped, place pallet top on top of the layers.
- When all yarn packages have been removed from yarn package conveyor make sure counters have counted down to zero.
- Transport full pallets to designated area in the shipping warehouse
- Restock pallet bottoms, tops and dividers in designated area for oncoming shift
- Transport bad yarn packages to designated area for backwinding
- Maintain good housekeeping in designated area at all times.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must keep work area and machines clean. Wear required personal protective equipment at all times and adhered to all safety rules and procedures.
