**Job Duties:**
* Review and process purchase order/work order requests.
* Review and set up vendor accounts.
* Entry into data sheet/process log.
* Invoice processing.
* Project set up in system.
**Experience desired:**
* 3-years experience in a business office environment.
* Experience in monthly financial services processing, comfortability with the monthly closing process.
* Working with professional services or project work orders.
* Processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking and or Payroll.
* Account reconciliations.
**Minimum Required skills:**
* 2 Years college.
* Strong acumen for numbers.
* 2-years in order processing, account services or inventory control.
* Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel; familiarity with pivot table.
* Good communication skills, written and verbal. Business Grammar is required.
* Good analytical skills, to research and resolve account reconciliation issues.
* Ability to work tasks independently, with periodic oversight.
