If you want to make an impact in our community and join our team, read more below and apply today!The Work Week Manager will report to the Production Control Manager and will execute fieldwork as part of the Rolling Schedule Process within his/her Team. Duties may include:
- Works with appropriate managers to identify and resolve schedule or resource conflicts.
- Build a resource loaded work window schedule that is both executable and reliable.
- Prepare Locked-in Release/Resource Sheets for their area of responsibility.
- Participates in Work Window Meetings, corresponds with HMIS personnel as necessary when developing work week window plans for fieldwork.
- Evaluate merged work against potential impacts/conflicts.
- Resolve conflicts and issues related to resources and seek guidance or assistance from Production Control Manager when conflicts related to resources are discovered.
- Evaluate impact to scheduled fieldwork due to absenteeism by field support personnel and request additional resources
- Re-deploy resources within the Team when work activities finish ahead of schedule or are prematurely halted
- Attends various meetings such as the POWs and PODs, and Integration meetings.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Hanford or other Government experience
- Knowledge of Hanford Work Planning and Scheduling practices
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Rolling Schedule principles
